This all began with a simple, confronting question:
“Am I actually living from my sacral instead of my mind?”
Sacral beings make up nearly 70% of the world. We are designed to live from the wisdom of our body, yet most of us were taught to override it, ignore it or silence it completely. Now the majority of Generators & MGs make decisions from fear, mental pressure or outside urgency instead of whether or not they have the energy!
When I finally committed to my Human Design experiment, I quickly realized I had to clear the noise that made it hard to trust my sacral in the first place or none of this would work. Sacral Surrender emerged from that process and became a grounded, practical way of living my design instead of just studying it.
With short foundational teachings inspired by my mentors, guided inquiry and embodied exercises, you’ll recognize your natural response again, understand your authority (including emotional authority), and return to the power of your sacral.
This journey is for all Generators and Manifesting Generators with Sacral or Emotional Authority, especially those who’ve struggled with burnout, overgiving, blurred boundaries, chronic responsibility or the constant urge to initiate without direction.
Across four weeks, you’ll deepen your awareness of frustration, how the sacral works and realign with its true signature, satisfaction.
Sacral Surrender is the life long practice I wish I’d had sooner and now it’s for every Generator & MG who wants to live work and choose from a place of pleasure, clarity & truth.
